A COOL STORY

Dump•A•Haulics (originally Dumpster Divers LLC) was founded in 2015 by Chief Executive Officer Emilio Rebollar. While attending Grand Valley State University and earning his degree in Business Management, Emilio set out to build a company focused on delivering a better customer experience within the waste and junk removal industry.

Starting with his dad’s old pickup truck and a utility trailer, Emilio began taking on small junk removal jobs throughout West Michigan. What started as a small side operation quickly grew through hard work, word-of-mouth referrals, and a commitment to treating customers the right way.

From the very beginning, Emilio’s goal was simple: provide customers with a smooth, stress-free experience while delivering professional service with personality. By combining professionalism, communication, and genuine customer care, the company built a reputation for creating memorable customer experiences — not just completing jobs.

As the business continued to grow, Emilio expanded the operation piece by piece, eventually growing from a single trailer to multiple trailers and larger equipment. After years of persistence and overcoming the challenges of obtaining financing as a small business owner, Emilio secured funding that allowed the company to take the next step forward.

In July of 2019, longtime friend Kyle Tiller officially joined the company as Chief Operating Officer to help support the growing operations team and day-to-day logistics. Emilio and Kyle originally met while working together at TWO MEN AND A TRUCK in 2014 and remained close friends over the years. 

As demand increased throughout West Michigan, Dump•A•Haulics expanded its fleet, added additional dumpster inventory, and introduced junk removal and demolition services. The company continued building a team focused on professionalism, communication, and customer experience.

In April of 2022, Dump•A•Haulics hired longtime friend Tony Willis as Lead Driver. Through his strong work ethic and commitment to customer service, Tony later earned the role of Driver Supervisor.

In October of 2023, the company added Gavin Brennan to lead junk removal operations to support operations. Together, the team helped continue the company’s mission of delivering reliable service and a great customer experience to customers throughout the community.

As the company prepared for national expansion and franchising, Dumpster Divers LLC underwent a rebrand after a trademark conflict prevented federal trademark registration of the original name. In early 2025, Dump•A•Haulics was officially launched as the new national brand while maintaining the same customer-focused mission, recognizable #BabyBlue dumpsters, and commitment to exceptional service.

Today, Dump•A•Haulics continues expanding with the goal of bringing its customer-first approach to communities across the country.
